KV Fire Chemical India Private Limited operates from its modern Head Office in Sector-8, Vashi, Navi Mumbai, spread across 600 sq. meters in a calm, green, and motivating environment, while continuously upgrading its infrastructure to meet global standards. The company’s large manufacturing and warehousing facility at Mundhegaon, Nashik spans 20,000 sq. meters and is located about 130 km from Mumbai, with an annual production capacity of 2,400 MT of firefighting powders and 4,500 KL of foam concentrates. Fully automated processes ensure consistent quality and compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001 standards. The facility is supported by a DSIR-recognized in-house R&D laboratory with dedicated testing for powders and foams, along with a 1,000 sq. meter fire testing area for large-scale trials. KV Fire also provides round-the-clock emergency supply services, capable of dispatching up to 100 KL of foam concentrates from ready stock.
