KV-LITE FP-AR is a Fluoro Protein Alcohol Resistant foam concentrate based on proteinaceous material that provides excellent burn-back resistance and sealing performance. The formulation contains hydrolysed protein, fluorinated surfactants, metal salts, and special stabilisers that work together to deliver reliable firefighting performance. It is designed to effectively control and suppress fires involving both hydrocarbon fuels and polar solvents.

The product forms a cohesive polymeric film at the interface between the foam blanket and the fuel surface. This protective layer prevents foam destruction caused by polar solvents while maintaining blanket integrity during firefighting operations. If the foam film is disturbed, the system has the ability to regenerate the protective layer, ensuring continuous vapour suppression and enhanced fire control.

KV-LITE FP-AR is suitable for both polar and non-polar flammable liquid fires, making it a versatile firefighting solution for industrial applications. Its excellent thermal stability, superior sealing power, and outstanding burn-back resistance make it ideal for high-risk environments. The concentrate can be used with fresh water or seawater and is compatible with conventional foam proportioning and discharge systems.
